Two years ago I was flying a lot, and on a plane the sun is much stronger than people think, so I went looking for sunscreen more seriously than I ever had. I tested a lot of them. And somewhere in the middle of that I finally understood something I had been working around for about thirty years, which is that there isn't one I can wear.
That sounds like a small thing to build a company on. It wasn't small to me.
